This week went very well. We have a bunch of people coming to church with us now. I would say they are reactivated because we dont need to invite them to come to church anymore. But we will continue to strengthen them and help them stay active. We have a new Bishop in our ward. He is so good. He has been helping our investigator resolve problems in her family. Her name is Claudia and she has 2 kids. She is progressing super bien and she has a baptism date for the 15 of febuary. We are super excited for her. She now has a lot of friends in the church and her kids are really enjoying church so much. They are very happy. Her daughter wants to be baptized but is only 7 so we told her that she has to wait a little bit longer until she is 8 years old and will be baptized. Everything is going super well in our sector.

I have a new companion Elder Wilcox- who was actually my flying companion when i flew to atlanta georgia. And he was in my district. I am excited to be with him. My other companion Elder Swan went to la Isla de Pascua which is a polynesian Island with the big heads and stuff. He is so lucky I was so jealous but i know he will do well. He was an awesome companion.

Elder Wilcox and I are excited to work hard this cambio!

This week was really tough but we have received a lot of blessings from our work. My companion and I have been focusing on the less active members. We have found MANY from a list of members that we have. We have reactivated 4 people and 2 complete families. We have just found a lady with 2 kids this week. She is in a really tough position. She left her husband because he was abusive to her and now she is living with her mom. Her mom doesnt want her to leave and find a job because she doesnt want her to watch the children and many more things have been happening. One man that we reactivated told us about her and she is a less active but her baptism record is lost. We talked to her and taught her, invited her to church and she came. She absolutely loved it. She had an interview with the bishop´and everything went really well. We just recently found out that she has to be re-baptized. We are going to teach her lessons 1-3 this week. The sad part is that we have changes this next monday. I am pretty sure I will be leaving the sector. But I feel good because i know I have left it better than it was. This work is amazing. This Gospel changes lives. I have seen it. There are some people who forget what this Gospel can do and just need a little help to get back on the path.
This week has been really hard but it went really well.
I love you all.

This week we are really starting to see the fruits of our works. We had many menos activos in church this week. 2 of them hadnt assisted for years and they are both single males. 2 more elders in our quorum. It was so awesome to see them there after visiting them for months! We have a new Bishop in the ward and i think that is was a very good change. Our new bishop has a lot of experience and is ready to work. He and his wife have helped us in a lesson for the past 2 weeks with a family that is menos activo. We had a lesson last night with them and we felt the spirit very strong. They now what they need to do. The husband and wife of this family said that they would talk and figure things out. We hope to see them in church by the end of the change and reactivated. They are an awesome family. My new companion is awesome. He can play piano and sings and I have my violin so we have been doing alot with that it has been really cool. I feel like i am going to be changed this next change in 2 weeks. I had my interview with president and he asked me a bunch of things that he heard about me about our success and I dont know he asked me alot about my contacts and said that there are a couple sectors where he needs people like me to just talk to everyone on the street. Then he asked me if i would have problems riding a bike if i had one. Then he asked me if i like the country or city better. I dont know whats going to happen but we will find out in two weeks. I love my sector but man its heck walking so much in this heat.

I love you all.

This week we had so much success!!!!! We had 7 less actives 1 complete inactive family in church this week! We have been working so hard and our work is paying off! It was so awesome to see everyone in church this last week. A huge blessing! My companion and i have been suffering walking around all day in this heat doing contact after contact. On saturday I was really trying to motivate my companion to do one more contact before we went in the house to take a little break. We were walking around in the heat from 3pm to 9:30 at night and we were just dying of thirst it was so bad. We were suffering pretty bad but my companion even though he had absolutely no desire or motivation to do anything more.. he did his last contact, he talked to a couple and we saw I think a miracle. We talked to the couple and found out that they were members but less actives for years and years. We invited them to church and they said yes!! We walked back to the house wondering if they were just giving us lip service or if they really did want to go to church. The next day, sunday we show up at their house at 9:30 and the husband answers the door and they were both ready in their sunday clothes!! It was so cool.

Christmas was awesome my companion and I opened presents from our families and made cookies and played chess all morning and then went to a members house and had awkward skype sessions with our families. Then after that we went to another house to have cena ( small dinner).
It was a pretty cool week.
Thats all, Love you guys!
